Job Duties: This position assists the Program Associate for Services for Students with Disabilities with coordinating program activities for the Student Support Services TRIO Grant Project AIM, a federal grant for students with disabilities. The position provides administrative and program support to the Project AIM Director, Academic Advising Coordinator, and Career Development Coordinator, including communication with external constituents. The position maintains accurate computer data and paper files for Project AIM and the Student Access data system for services provided for AIM students.

This project position is scheduled to end on or about August 31, 2015.
The normal work schedule for this position is Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Ability to supervise student workers
