Job Description
POSITION
Summary:This position is responsible for retail store design and building plans for construction.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
New store layout and construction plans
Work with a design team on plan development for city and state approvals
Remodel store layout
Adapt latest new store plans to existing stores
Work with Properties Department to ensure that all city requirements will work into the proposed plans
Drawings and details for site and structural requirements
Incorporate signage, and all other visual aspects into store plans to ensure that these layouts will create a SHOPPING EXPERIENCE for our guests

Skills/Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Associate'sDegree in a design or drafting relatedfield is required
Experience using CAD programs is required
Structural design experience is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in teams as well as independently
Ability to work under deadlines
Ability to work overtime as needed
Relocation to Eau Claire, WI is required
