Job Description
Receives and relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the facility. Provides directory information, transfers calls as appropriate. Enters facility directory information into the computer database and in manuals. Makes general and emergency announcements over the facility's PA system. Demonstrates effective communication skills and behaviors. Pages in a timely manner.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. One year experience as telecommunications operator, preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.
Other
Qualifications:
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Intermediate Computer skills and knowledge, data entry and/or word processing.

Schedule Details:Training Schedule: 40 hours / week for a minimum of 10 weeks. Training locations will include Eau Claire and Menomonie. Shifts will primary be days and evenings with some overnights during training. After training orientation is complete, hours will only be available on an as-needed basis with no minimum guarantee. Shifts will primarily be available in evenings, overnights and weekends.
Weekend Schedule:1 of 2 weekends from 1400 p.m. - 22:00 p.m.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
