Housing and Residence Life: RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR
Full time, academic year (9 month), fixed term, professional academic staff live-in position. The person selected for this position will be responsible for overall operation of a residence hall, supervision of undergraduate resident assistants, and front desk staff. Duties include programming, judicial, counseling, staff selection and training, advising hall government, committee responsibilities, supervision of front desk operations including food and beverage sales, and coordination of housekeeping and maintenance services. Additional summer employment available and encouraged.
Minimum
Qualifications: Master''s degree, previous experience in residence hall living or employment.
May be considered an asset: Master''s Degree in student personnel or related field; supervision experience; hall leadership experience; evidence of commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusiveness.
Includes furnished apartment, meal plan, pet policy, and other liberal fringe benefits. Position starting date: 7/28/14.
