We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This position will be working with both Personal and Commercial lines of insurance.
Duties:
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
- Assist clients with insurance quote, endorsements, billing, and claims - Data entry and analyze quotes accurately in the different systems - Resolve client complaints/concerns promptly and professionally - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience - Conduct outbound calling for follow-up purposes - Assist Agents in various tasks or projects, including Commercial Renewals and Certificates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or insurance - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and professionalism.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating multiple computer systems - Ability to self-organize and strong attention to detail - Familiarity with insurance practices would be helpful - Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License in WI or be licensed within 3 months of hire
