is seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to be a part of our team as a Marketing & Communications Specialist.
Our Marketing & Communications Specialist will develop marketing strategies for planning, creating, advertising, and executing agency marketing campaigns to expand agency outreach.
Additionally, they will maintain and regularly update Social Media account(s).
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
This description will be reviewed periodically and may change from time to time as required by the needs of the agency.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all marketing plans and promotions.
Create and manage social media, email, and other posts.
Create designs for presentations, signage, and content creation.
Promote agency services through connections with media, channels, local businesses, and relations.
Manage agency website, including on-page and off-page SEO.
Improve organic SEO and set goals for clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
Stay updated on SEO trends and changes in major search engines.
Assist in event planning, working with vendors, coordinators, and design teams.
Conduct research to improve marketing campaigns and streamline processes.
Analyze campaign strategies, report findings to agency management, and provide regular updates on marketing activities and performance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL PREFRENCES:
Associates/BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Proficiency with marketing analytics software and social media software.
Demonstrates experience in digital marketing, service marketing, project management, and adhering to deadlines.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
Excellent researching, writing, typing, and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Professional.
Organized.
Creative.
