Summary:
Under the direction of the Distribution Center General Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator provides exceptional Human Resources support to Menard, Inc.
Distribution Center.
He/she serves as the hub of communication in the recruitment of various Distribution Center positions.
He/she provides by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities Safety:
Ensure all OSHA 300 logs are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with insurance company on all work-related injuries Maintain and update all training for OSHA compliance and Team Member safety Coordinate and attend all safety drawings Work with area hospitals/clinics to get Team Members back to work in a timely manner Staffing:
Coordinate all recruiting efforts for all open positions Attend area job fairs to recruit college graduates and interns Maintain applicant information using Application Tracking System Schedule interview times, travel arrangements, etc.
for candidates Perform employment verification's, reference checks, and background checks for selected candidates Assist in calculating and writing offers of employment for various positions, as needed Coordinate Pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug testing follow-ups Conduct new hire orientations with proper information and set up training schedules Other:
Assist General manager with performance evaluations.
Process and oversee unemployment claims Upload all team member information to their electronic team member file.
Keep a wage survey of area competitors Keep current on all benefit changes and updates to current policies and procedures Listen and resolve team member questions and concerns Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Human Resource Management is preferred, but not required Excellent management skills; interpersonal skills; customer service skills; organizational skills; and verbal and written communication skills Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Managers and Team Members Excellent analytical skills for problem determination and resolution Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with others Knowledge of related laws such as (but not limited to) Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Labor Relations and Civil Rights, Workers Compensation Law Prospective candidates must be able to work onsite.
Must work within designated normal office hours assigned or as required by work.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
