We are currently looking for a full-time administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent customer service skills, is eager to learn new tasks, have a positive attitude, answers and fields incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system, and interacts with our tenants, clients, and vendors.
Efficiency with computers, printers, copiers, and general knowledge with Microsoft products is required.
The tasks of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and fielding phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Interacting with tenants, clients and vendors.
- Writing up tenant maintenance requests.
-Taking payments and providing receipts.
-Ordering office supplies.
-Creating and maintaining forms on Xcel, Word and the internet.
-Monitor and respond to the general office email.
-Scheduling apartment showings and lease signings.
-Assisting with delegated tasks assigned by staff.
-Opening and closing of the office.
-Mail sorting.
-Filing and scanning documents.
