In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.
You will also work with the outside sales team to support them with quotes and vendor information.
The primary role will be to assist in customer service, but could include, some order packing to assist the warehouse, and potentially a few deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services in order to provide adequate information to customers Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues Process orders, quotes and returns Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up Maintain our solid relationships through exceptional customer service Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
