As a Master Data Analyst, you will:
Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:
Safety, Respect, Ownership Perform administrative support to the Drylock organization by maintaining document control of Formula Cards, Bills of Material, Customer Specifications, Product Specifications, Raw Material Specifications, Work Instructions, and other related product documentation.
Responsible for the overall collection, processing, and management of ERP Master data within SAP Enter data in the SAP and other systems to:
Set up new products Create spec sheets Update current products Update and route product specifications Maintain product information Update formula cards Create and maintain quality procedures and work instructions Support development and management of raw material specification files Support development and management of a benchmarking data base of competitive product Work closely with Operations, Sales, Order Management, Project Management, Purchasing Procurement, IT, Finance, Inventory management, and other business functions to ensure Master data readiness for ERP deployment Collaborate and develop a formalized process for gathering master data elements from business partners Collaborate with business functions to create/maintain Material setup, Bill of Materials, Routings, in ERP accurately and in a timely manner Work closely with various business functional teams to resolve master data issues as needed while ensuring compliance and consistency of master data across business systems Create and run Queries in ERP to periodically review master data inconsistencies & drive resolution with stakeholders Develop, Support, Training, and Communication regarding functional master data governance including standards, definitions, processes, policies, and tools to team members.
Customer setup by gathering information from Sales, Customer Service, A/R; set up in SAP, maintain, review Customer pricing set up and maintaining pricing conditions, work with sales to identify, change in sales Customer Ship To's (create and maintain) Vendor Review / Set Up - gather information from Purchasing, Finance, Vendor Maintain Pricing Conditions for Raw Materials Back up for inputting Sales Orders Route new and revised documents through document control process.
Interact with cross functional teams to ensure business processes and rules are aligned, adjusting documentation accordingly.
Responsible for documentation of procedures and practices.
Responsible for the document control program.
Regularly communicate and interact with individuals from Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Scheduling, R&D, IT, and other departments.
Has access to confidential information and uses care to secure it.
Assist with physical inventory.

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years consecutive employment with 1 employer Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Must be able to read and interpret work documents Must have the ability to work in teams Must have the ability to perform basic math Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes Must be skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP software's.
Must have a strong knowledge of computer, copier, and printer operations Must have strong keyboarding skills.
Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Demonstrates a respect to all individuals you encounter.
Follows all procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Uses effective communication skills.
Pays special attention to detail and proofreads data entry.
Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required.
