We are looking for a career-minded employee who is interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry! Previous experience is required.
Working with Vertafore management system and the PL rater is desired, but not required.
The role will concentrate on personal lines customer service work with an opportunity for increased duties and responsibilities.
Duties include extensive phone/service work including quoting, processing changes, taking payments and troubleshooting customer questions.
Candidates must work well with others in a small office environment with a Monday through Friday schedule.
