Flex Scheduling-PT & Seasonal:
Looking for someone who is dependable and available for flexible hours.
Seasonally Part Time during off season (August-February) 15-25 hours a week between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Seasonal (March-July) 25-40 hours a week a week between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Some weekend hours are available.
Pay:
The rate of pay is based on experience.
Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.
Job Tasks:
Work through the logs of outstanding orders and voice messages Update customers regarding backorders and out-of-stock information Process returns and customer orders Research and provide information to customers about products, including; pricing, availability, delivery options, order status, shipping, returns, replacement parts, warranty claims and other topics Provide customer support via email, phone, live chat, or social media channels such as Facebook Create and maintain records of customer interactions with the company All other duties and projects as assigned including assisting other departments Requirements:
