We are looking for a very part time administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate would be happy to be meet with parents and children and be an important part of our school community, but also happy and able to work independently at home on a flexible schedule.
You will be able to work alongside the Director and take the lead role in essential administrative tasks such as:
Ensuring compliance to the current DCF code is complete Student enrollment Invoicing Families Creating ad maintaining an organized administration system for our school Essential skills the candidate needs are:
Excellent organizational skills Reliable Comfortable learning new software programs Able to work as part of a team Self directed Good with people and children This position is very flexible part time - estimated time is approximately 8-12 hours per week, but this changes throughout the year with summer and fall being most busy.
This can be mostly at home, with a few hours each week are required in the school during school hours.
