875 FTE, Limited Term Position Appointment Type Full Time Description The Academic and Social Emotional Coordinator advocates for and communicates the needs of students experiencing homelessness in the District.
This position provides mentorship to students at Non-Title I Schools.
The Coordinator meets with students to build relationships, and empower students to engage in their learning.
The Coordinator helps families seek out community resources and assistance in accessing those resources as needed.
Canidate should also be fluent in Spanish.
Qualifications o Two years of recent work experience with school-aged students in an educational setting.
o Possession of minimum of associate degree or 48 credits from an accredited higher education institution.
