In addition to boutique hotel rooms, the Main House hosts The Lakely -- a cocktail lounge and music venue -- as well as an on-site outdoor outfitter offering bikes and other adventure gear.
Guests can eat, drink, and be merry anywhere within the walls of our property.

Pablo Group is looking for a Part Time Front of House Staff - Server/Bartender to support our growing organization, The Lakely, within The Oxbow Hotel In this role, you'll make an impact by.
Providing upscale service to guests.
Preparing with menu and pairing knowledge to provide guests with recommendations.
Assist where needed, per FOH Lead instruction.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Create craft cocktails for guests while using house recipes.
Assist in creating new craft cocktails for specials/menu items.
Work with back of house staff to ensure positive guest experience.
Clean as needed.
Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.
We are looking for individuals with.
Previous service experience.
Previous money handling experience.
Knowledge of customer service, as well as execution of service.
A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
Previous cash/credit handling.
