The role consists of multiple stations, inclusive of Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo.
RESPONSIBILITIES Complies with all specs, quality standards, safety requirements and department rules and procedures Diligently follows safety requirements and models behavior that protects them and others Maintains high standards of cleanliness and keeps a sanitized and orderly environment in the HOH Organizes and stocks each station following FIFO guidelines.
Label with use-by dates and sssists other stations as needed.
Stays current on all federal, state, local and company required training and certifications Cooks and prepares food on all stations according to recipes, build posters, and timing standards Follows all safety guidelines for food handling, time and temperature control, and cross-contamination avoidance Job Types:
