Is this you? If so, let us know by submitting an application! Royal Credit Union is seeking a detail oriented and analytical person to join our team as our Business Services Coordinator.
In this role, you will plan, develop, coordinate, organize and implement process improvements, new products, new features and functionality within the Business Loans & Services Department.
Manage projects for the department and ensure all relevant staff is kept up to date on the status of assigned projects and updates.
You will be responsible for Royal Credit Unions core software (DNA) support for the business services team and represents the Business Services Team for DNA Core on committees.
Supported services systems include:
DNA, Business Deposit, Business Online Banking, business mobile capture, and Business Online Account Origination.
Document new procedures and be the subject matter expert for the organization on the business account services within the system.
Work Schedule and Location:
This is a full time position working approximately 40 hours per week.
Hours will generally be Monday-Friday, 8:
30am - 5:
00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as necessary for system upgrades and maintenance.
This role is not fully remote eligible and will be based at Royal Credit Union's Coporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.

Associate degree in business, or related filed, or equivalent work experience.

Two (2) years' experience working in financial services.
3.
One (1) year experience working with business loans and/or services.
4.
Previous experience interpreting, updating, and utilizing reports.
Preferred Experience 1.
Experience and working knowledge of Royal Credit Union's products and services.
2.
Experience with the DNA Core system.
3.
Two years of data application systems related experience.
