Continuous POSITION SUMMARY This position manages the regional efforts for the Eau Claire-St.
Croix, and Barron County (B.
E.
St) Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) shared services.
This includes facilitating regional meetings, developing training events, overseeing Quality Improvement efforts, supporting the recovery community through work to integrate persons with lived experience and community partners into the CCS Coordinating Committee efforts, as well as developing and maintaining reporting on the progress of the regional efforts.
Work is performed under the general direction of the CCS Service Directors of all three Counties.
This is a 20 hour per week position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Illustrative only) Assure the performance of the Eau Claire, St.
Croix, and Barron County Shared services meets expectation for quality, and is consistent with the regional CCS Plan QA policies and procedures.
Serve as point person for the State Department of Health Services (DHS), assuring that all certification requirements are met through DHS 36 for all three counties.
Main point of contact for all regional CCS updates.
Will correspond with other state offices that interface with CCS.

Consortium to streamline and standardize fiscal rate setting tool.
Monitor local CCS QA projects and interface with regional QA initiative.
Receive consumer satisfaction surveys.
Tallies, reports, and responds as necessary.
Provide' a lead role in facilitating CCS trainings for the region.
Assist local program administrators and service directors in meeting training requirements of staff, consumers and program partners.
Maintain required documentation.
Partner with State of Wisconsin and regional training partnerships.
Develop and maintain a regional Eau Claire, St.
Croix, and Barron County CCS resource website.
Assure resources are updated according to policy; Research and coordinate the development and maintenance of a resource directory; Develop and maintains a calendar of events including training and other CCS events/ activities.
Assist in the development of a system to measure the success of CCS:
Administer a measurement tool and track results and maintain data.
Monitor post discharge success through the use of a survey tool six months after d/c.
Serve as liaison with state agencies to ensure the program remains up to date on all regulatory changes.
Develop agendas in consultation with CCS Consultant and co-chairs.
Assures distribution ofagendas and minutes, takes meeting minutes, and maintains records in accordance with open meeting laws Develop report on counties' CCS audits/reviews to share information for the benefit of regional partners during scheduled meetings.
Report as needed to the Department Head, County Administrator, Health and Human Services Board, and County Board on operations and services.
Develop and maintain a Preferred Provider Directory for BESt counties.
Coordinate variance requests across BESt.
Collect and maintain CCS participant data for increasingly more detailed state surveys.
Organize BESt meetings as identified by administrators, directors, and county leaders.
Assure scheduling and information sharing as appropriate.
Identify, facilitate, and implement training opportunities both regionally and county specific as identified by CCS directors and staff.
Improve provider relations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, project management or other related field.
OR Associates degree and 3 years of experience in a project management/quality assurance position.
Previous work experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must successfully pass caregiver and criminal background check.
Must have valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
