(AODA) focus, comprehensive hands-on training, and 80 hours of online learning.
As an full-time Women's Overnight Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Leading a healthy community atmosphere in the men's facility.
Being a champion of the care for our residents.
Handling all of the details of checking in and checking out residents in our program.
Preparing new residents for their stay at the mission.
Overseeing medications for residents in compliance with medication policy.
Assisting residents with finding rides when necessary.
Making sure residents are following their assigned schedules.
Communicating important details with other staff members so that no residents fall through the cracks.
Keeping the home safe through the training we provide.
