30pm, Mon-Thurs.
Could have Overtime Fridays 6:

30pm) STARTING PAY $18-$20 per hour depending upon experience REQUIRED EDUCATION HS Diploma or equivalent preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous manufacturing experience preferred As a Powder Coat Painter, you will prepare, visually inspect, and clean parts for coating prior to the start of the painting process You will work with team to ensure that parts have been properly masked, taped, and plugged prior to the process
Responsibilities:
-Load/Unload parts from track system -Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection system -Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects -Cure parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations -Check product for flaws, bubbles or imperfections -Proper cleaning and maintenance of booth and equipment -Analysis and adjustment of wash system chemicals -Maintain proper inventory of paint and chemicals -Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Excellent attention to detail -Strong work ethic -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -Ability to work individually or within a team based setting -Ability to lift 20-40 pounds frequently -Ability to work in a non-air conditioned manufacturing environment -Able to read blueprints or engineering drawings If interested, please send us an email to email protected or give us a call at 715-832-1000 to set up an interview.
