The client has dementia and family is looking for 3-5 hours per day during the work week and occasional evening or weekend 1-2 times per month.
He is able to complete most ADLs with minimum assistance.
He is continent and independent using the bathroom.
They would like help with shower to give them some respite.
Good social skills and self initiative are essential.
Having an imagination for activities is a plus.
Accepting this position is as an independent contractor, household employee.
Employer is client's daughter.
Appeal to Heaven provides support for billing, tax, scheduling, documentation, etc.
