We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities of all backgrounds.
In the position we have available you would be a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with individuals in our CSL (Community Supported Living) Program! This position is full-time, 40-45 hours a week, hours ranging between 8am up to 8pm.

This can range from assisting with grocery shopping, getting out into the community for activities/leisure, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, keeping up on hygiene, keeping a schedule, appointments, completing minimal cares, etc.
Each shift you may work with multiple clients ranging from 1 to 3 hours each client depending on their needs.

Our client types vary on what they need from daily living skills, cooking cleaning, transfers, bathing, personal cares, etc.
Behavioral intervention Available to work between the hours of 8a-8p and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
Encourage community integration and participation - getting our clients out of the house to go for a walk in the park, movies, bowling, gym, community events, etc.
Understand and implement incentive techniques to allow clients to become successful in their care plan goals.
