Summary:
The Flight Maintenance Support Team Member is responsible for providing support to the Flight Maintenance Department through administrative tasks assigned by Manager.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Update Aircraft times and cycles on a daily basis Enter daily maintenance data into CAMP System File log book entries File work orders Organize monthly folders for the EMB, Daily log book entries, Daily Check Sign off Sheets, Airworthiness Release Sign offs, 8130 files.
Organize monthly folders for:
Part 91 Fleet, Daily log book entries, and 8130 files File 8130's for wheel build ups Gather multiple part quotes for review of Director of Maintenance.
Order as directed.
Setting up maintenance invoices for Director of Maintenance to sign off on Track parts that arrive over the weekend.
Receive them as they arrive.
Follow up on incomplete order Maintain Parts Inventory and re stocking if needed Other duties as assigned by Manager POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
