Facilitates scheduling, orientation and education of switchboard operators.
Acts as a resource and facilitates communications.
Screens, identifies and places incoming and outgoing calls.
Functions calmly under stress in order to respond to emergency calls, codes and alarms.
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience 2 years switchboard experience is required.
Experience working in hospital setting is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations N/A.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
